  6. The "AmigaGadget" is a disk magazine, which consists mainly of
  7. articles in German language (*DEUTSCHSPRACHIG*) which are supplied
  8. by the readers. But there are also some texts from the internet
  9. forming kind of "reader's digest of the net".
  10.  
  11. The "Gadget" covers subjects ranging from information about the
  12. Amiga to political questions - even movie and record reviews are
  13. included.
  14.  
  15. Articles of issue 39 include :
  16.  - interviews with Helge Schwarz (first chairman of DAUG) and
  17.    John Mitchell (guitar player of award winning progressive
  18.    rock band "Arena")
  19.  - reviews of CD-ROM, hard- and software, as well as reviews
  20.    of records, books and movies
  21.  - a report about Djordje Djurdjevic, the man who claims to be
  22.    the real programmer of most parts of clickBOOM's "Myst"
  23.  - introduction to Perl
  24.  - political discussions and facts about the protection of the
  25.    animals
  26.  - background informations about privacy issues
  27.  - lots of stories

  29. The archive contains a special version of the "Gadget" which can be
  30. installed to your harddisk simply by unpacking it. But to get the
  31. magazine work there should be some files in your directories, which
  32. you probably have already (if not - most of them can be found in
  33. the Aminet) :

  47. If you use CyberGraphX with a monitor which can only handle
  48. frequences >15kHz there _might_ occur some problems promoting
  49. the "Gadget" screen.
